Prevent the wrinkles on your neck

One of the very first signs of aging are neck wrinkles because, very often we do not take proper care of our neck and forget that the neck area is as sensitive as our face area, and we need to take proper care.

The best way to slow down the aging process is to take necessary prevention. With a few rituals in our daily skin care regime we can maintain and boost the elasticity of the neck skin.

Oils help the neck skin to rejuvenate. Coconut oil for example can be used by itself or mixed with a little water. Olive oil, sweet almond oil, chamomile oil, eucalyptus oil, and rose oil are also good options. A proper neck massage should last 10-15 minutes, because over massaging can strain the neck skin.

Masks and packs also work wonders for the neck skin, especially the ones that contain fruits like apple, ripe banana, avocado and plums. And remember to never apply any pack other than fruit packs, because those made of clay, gram flour, whole wheat flour, or any other kinds of mud packs can dry out the neck skin.

The use of mild exfoliators is important too. A scrub made of ground almonds and milk is one of the best neck cleaning tips that can give great results. After the scrub use the face wash with balanced pH on the neck.

The next step to a clean and wrinkle-free neck is the use of toner and moisturizer rich in vitamin E. And remember to use a sunscreen with SPF 30 or above on the neck and face on a daily basis.

And the last, but certainly not least, always remove the remnants of make-up from the neck, because it can block the pores resulting in dull and sagging neck skin.
