The face can be divided into 6 zones, and each of these zones gives you an insight about the state of your health. Well, here are the issues that your pimples are indicating:

 

  1. Forehead.

Breakouts on this area appear if you are stressed and have sleep or digestive problems. Learn how to manage stress and eat more raw fruits and vegetables. Sleep at least 8 hours every night, it is essential for perfect skin.

 

  1. Cheeks.

Breakouts on this area happen if you have problems with your respiratory system or if you touched your face with dirty hands or mobile phone.

 

  1. Ears or close to the ears.

This area is associated with the kidneys. You may be dehydrated by consuming too much salt, caffeine and alcohol.

 

  1. Chin

Chin pimples often appear because of the changes in your hormones. In the days before your period pay extra attention to your skin care and consider eating more fruits and vegetables.

 

  1. Between your eyebrows.

This area is also known as ‘wine and dine’ area. Too much alcohol and fast food are the reason why you have breakouts there. Try to eat healthy and you will have healthy skin.

 

  1. Nose

If you break out on this area it means that you are experiencing fluctuations in blood pressure and stress. Try to relax as much as possible and eat a lower-fat diet.
