Your winter therapy

In winter we don’t have a lot of energy. We like staying at home and drink tea or hot chocolate, because it’s very cold outside.

But because our skin is dry, we can revive it with a winter therapy. It’s a homemade therapy based on homemade care. You won’t have to go to a beauty salon and leave your house.

  • A mask for a sensitive skin. The sensitive skin is even more sensitive in winter because of the cold weather. To take care of this type of skin and to nourish it, you can prepare this homemade mask. To prepare it, you will need:

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 teaspoon peach oil
  • 1 half of a teaspoon lemon juice

Mix the ingredients in order to obtain a homogenous paste.

Apply the mask and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse it with a lukewarm water.

  • A mask to repair the dull skin. The preparation of this mask is the easiest one and you only need ingredients that you already have in your fridge. The ingredients are:

  • Smashed cucumber
  • Natural yoghurt

Mix the ingredients in order to obtain a homogenous paste.

Apply the mask and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse it with a lukewarm water.

  • A mask to purify the skin. It’s a very nourishing and very remedying mask which hydrates and which purifies the skin profoundly. To prepare it, you will need:

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Mix the ingredients in order to obtain a homogenous paste.

Let the mask sit for 20 minutes and rinse it with a lukewarm water.

  • A very hydrating mask. Because in winter all the skin types are dry, this is a very hydrating mask to repair them all. To prepare it, you will need:

  • 1 smashed avocado
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Mix the ingredients in order to obtain a homogenous paste.

Apply the mask and let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse it with a lukewarm water.
